1. Agreement to Terms
Welcome to GoYourHotel. By accessing or using our platform, website, direct booking engine, and cloud PMS software, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Direct Booking & 0% Commission Policy
GoYourHotel facilitates direct connections between guests and independent hotel partners. We do not charge hotel partners commission on direct bookings. All room rates displayed on our portal are set directly by the property owners without unauthorized markups.
3. Check-In, KYC and Guest Identification
All adult guests staying at partner properties must present valid government photo identification (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, Driving License) either via our digital pre-checkin portal or at the hotel reception. Local ID policies and couple friendliness are governed by individual hotel house rules.
4. SaaS PMS Subscription for Hoteliers
Hoteliers subscribing to GoYourHotel SaaS plans agree to monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, or annual billing cycles. Plans include full access to the cloud PMS, frontdesk billing, digital QR menu, and guest connect portal.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation terms depend on the specific rate plan selected at the time of booking. Free cancellation is honored according to property cutoff windows.
