All data transmitted through our booking engine and PMS is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption. Guest identity documents uploaded during self-check-in are securely stored in protected vaults accessible exclusively by authorized property frontdesk staff for legal compliance.
3. No Sale of Personal Information
We do NOT sell or monetize guest or hotelier data to third-party advertising networks. Your information is strictly used for booking fulfillment, in-stay communication, and customer support.
